Returns Accepted If:

• The item is damaged during shipping

• The wrong product was delivered

Return Process

• Inform us within 3 days of delivery at support@milelesoaps.com 

• Provide images and order details

• We’ll initiate a pickup and replacement or refund

No Returns On:

• Used products

• Custom or sample orders
